BASIC BOXING FOOTWORK

Beginners absolutely need to master the boxing footwork . Boxing footwork and movement might seem difficult at first, because moving on your toes demands practising and finding the correct rythm. In boxing you wan't to keep your feet down on the ground so you are alway ready to attack, defend, or move away in the most economical way. The flashy footwork will come naturally once you develop better conditioning and technique.

BASIC PUNCHING TECHNIQUE

Throwing punches is simply the act of being relaxed, then quickly accelerating your hand towards the target as you exhale sharply. You tighten your fist at the moment of impact and then relax the hand to throw more punches. The trick is to utilize your entire body weight behind the punch without falling off balance. Skills and experience will teach you over time.

Ricardo Morales

Ricardo is an ex-professional boxer and has been involved in many aspects of the sport of boxing for almost 10 years, from training and sparring with top professional to amateur boxers.

Ricardo is a great trainer because he is jovial, animated, youthful, supportive, and honest assessment towards our clients. His ideal client is someone who shares  the same philosophy for boxing, fitness, put forth positive effort and energy, and commit to their personal well being.

FOR THE LEVEL 1 BOXING  COURSE YOU DON'T NEED ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 
OF BOXING - 
JUST A LOT OF ENERGY

The level 1 boxing course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn the basics of boxing and have fun. There is no need for previous boxing experience, we will teach you everything you need to know. You don’t need any boxing gloves for the first sessions.

The course includes 5 weeks of training, twice per week. After the level 1 course you are able to continue to the level 2 and 3 courses.

Our classes offer unique opportunities to get in shape and improve your health – one punch at a time. Fitness boxing will improve your energy levels, physical fitness, reflexes and you will become more agile and stronger.
