Hienoa, että olette löytäneet takaisin salille kesän jälkeen. Ringside Gymin syyskausi on jo pyörähtänyt käyntiin reippasti meneillään olevan Nyrkkeilyn peruskurssin myötä. Seuraava peruskurssi alkaa 23.9 tiistaina jo totutulla paikalla klo 19.00. Uudelle kurssille pääset rekisteröitymään täältä.
Huomionarvoista on myös muistuttaa perjantain kuntonyrkkeilyn uudesta kellonajasta joka siirrettiin alkamaan hiukan aikaisemmaksi. Nyt perjantain kntonyrkkeilytunti pidetään 17-18.00, muiden kuntonyrkkeilytuntien aikojen pysyessä “perinteisellä” paikalla, 18-19.00.

It’s great that you’ve found your way back to the gym after the summer. Ringside Gym’s autumn season has already kicked off with the ongoing Basic Boxing course. The next basic course starts on Tuesday, September 23rd at the usual location at 7:00 PM. You can register for the new course here.
It’s also worth noting that Friday’s fitness boxing class has been moved to a slightly earlier start time. Now Friday’s fitness boxing class will be held from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, while the other fitness boxing classes will remain at their “traditional” location, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
